Ascending: A Year of Breakthroughs, Hard Decisions, and Building the Future

Every breakthrough requires sacrifice, 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲, and 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵.

For me, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿... a year of ascending through pressure, discovering breakthroughs, and building something real.

This year, I founded a company with three incredible partners. We raised capital and set out to transform how airlines build with AI.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲

This isn’t generic copywriting. 𝗜𝗧’𝗦 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘.

We’ve built agents that automate compliance processes—months to weeks. Agents creating software with unprecedented quality. Agents transforming customer service, revenue management, hiring, and operations.

Complex systems that required massive teams can now be built with speed that seemed impossible just years ago.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲

One of the greatest gifts of 2025 was the people. I connected with incredible leaders, consultants, and operators from airlines worldwide—people working in maintenance, revenue management, operations, IT, and every corner of the industry. Their vision and commitment to excellence reminded me why aviation is so special.

𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴

This year, I made calls that hurt. Decisions that kept me awake, that cost me personally. But when you see people keep their jobs, when you see families protected because you chose integrity over comfort, you know it was right.

Leadership isn’t about comfort. It’s about 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, even when it costs you personally.

𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲

None of this would be possible without 𝗚𝗼𝗱’𝘀 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 and incredible people who believed.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱

1. Do The Right Thing, Even When It Hurts. Sometimes protecting people—their families, their ability to provide, their futures—means making the hardest decisions of your life.

2. Re-imagine Everything. The biggest breakthroughs came when we stopped accepting “how things are done” and asked “what if we could build it differently?”

3. You Can’t Do It Alone. Every achievement came through collaboration and people who showed up when it mattered.

𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

2025 was about 𝗔𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴—breaking through and proving this is real.

Now, as we enter 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, we face 𝗠𝗮𝘅 𝗤.

In aerospace, Max Q is the point of maximum dynamic pressure—when forces are highest and everything is tested.

2026 will test everything we’ve built. But after Max Q, the path to orbit smooths out.
